1) Who We Are and Our Relationship With Handyman Connection

Office Connect (“Office Connect,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a third-party service provider that supports customer communications for Handyman Connection and its locations (“Handyman Connection”). This includes answering and responding to phone calls, SMS/text messages, emails, and web form inquiries related to Handyman Connection service requests.

Office Connect is an independent provider and is not Handyman Connection. Any home repair, maintenance, estimates, scheduling, pricing, and completion of handyman services are provided by Handyman Connection locations and their teams. Any agreement for handyman work is between you and the applicable Handyman Connection location, not Office Connect.

2) Use of the Services

The Services are intended for customers seeking information or assistance related to Handyman Connection service requests. The Services must be used lawfully and respectfully. Harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful communications are not permitted.

3) Not for Emergencies

The Services are not intended for emergencies. If there is an emergency or immediate safety concern, local emergency services should be contacted.

4) Information You Provide and Accuracy

Information you provide (such as contact details, address, and service request details) may be shared with the relevant Handyman Connection location so your request can be handled. Accurate and complete information should be provided so service coordination can be supported.

5) Communications Consent (Calls, Emails, and Texts)

By contacting Office Connect through phone, email, SMS/text, or web forms, you understand that communications may be sent to you to support your request. These communications may include follow-ups, scheduling coordination, and service-related updates.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages (if offered) will be requested separately where required by law.

6) SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service

If you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Office Connect, the terms below apply.

Types of messages that may be sent: conversational and informational messages related to your request, including appointment coordination, service updates, questions about your request, confirmations, and customer support follow-ups. Promotional messages will only be sent if separate consent is provided (if applicable).

Standard SMS disclosures (required):
If you consent to receive conversational and informational SMS from Office Connect, you agree to receive conversational and informational SMS from us related to your Handyman Connection request.

9) Intellectual Property

Website content, text, logos, and materials owned by Office Connect may not be copied or used without permission. Handyman Connection trademarks and branding belong to Handyman Connection and are used to describe the services being supported.

10) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to assist and route requests correctly, no guarantee is made that communications will always be delivered without delay, interruption, or error.

Office Connect does not guarantee service availability, pricing, estimates, or workmanship for handyman services, since those are provided by Handyman Connection locations.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Office Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Liability is limited to the amount paid to Office Connect for the Services, if any, during the prior 12 months.

12) Indemnification

You agree that Office Connect will be defended and held harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or unlawful communications.

13) Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are posted. Continued use of the Services means the updated Terms are accepted.
